Silver Bangles Workshop - Thursday 6th May 2021
Learn all the traditional silversmithing and forging techniques you need to create a stunning classic sterling silver bangle with a beautiful hammered finish!
This workshop is perfect for beginners to jewellery making as it teaches many of the basic skills needed for more advanced skills, however those with previous experience will also find their skills tested and improved by the end of the session

14 to 16 year olds are welcome but will need to be accompanied by a paying adult
Tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes are included in the workshop fee, but lunch is not provided.
Date and Venue
10am-2.30pm Thursday 6th May 2021 at Fairways House, Mount Pleasant Road, Southampton, SO14 0QB. Full directions will be emailed.
Materials
Materials (sterling silver wire) are available for purchase on the day. The exact cost of the materials will be determined by the size and therefore weight of the bangle you make and the price of silver on the day, however material costs for an average bangles is approximately £20.
Tools and Equipment
The workshop fee includes use of all the tools and equipment needed. All workshops include worksheets to take home with you and discuss tools, equipment, materials and health and safety considerations.
Cancellations
Cancellations of workshop places and private tuition bookings within two weeks of the event will forfeit the workshop fee/private tuition deposit unless I am able to find someone to take your place. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
