5 week jewellery class - Tuesday mornings starting 15th September
If you would like to add your name to the waiting list for places please email email@example.com
New for Autumn 2020!
The move into a new studio has allowed me to offer weekly classes again - firstly in the morning, with evening classes coming again soon!
This set of classes runs on Tuesday mornings, 10-1pm on the following dates:
15th September, 22nd September, 29th September, 6th October, 13th October 2020
This class is perfect for everyone from complete beginners upwards. The small group setting with a maximum of 6 students will ensure that you get the attention you need to help you create beautiful jewellery - and learn wonderful techniques to use to continue creating afterwards!
You can choose to take one block of 5 week classes or continue for as long as you wish - it's up to you! The dates for classes after the October halfterm will be available in September.
If you are new to jewellery making I will take you through the basic skills, teaching you how to make rings, bangles or chains and how to saw, file, form, texture and polish silver before moving onto stone setting and other more complex projects.
If you have previous jewellery making experience then this is the ideal course to help you advance your skills to tackle more complicated projects - tube setting, hollow forms, Keum Boo, flush setting, anticlastic and synclastic forming, and riveting are just a few of the techniques we can cover!
Only 6 places rather than the usual 8 are available at this time to ensure that Covid-19 measures can be put into place to keep us all as safe as possible. For more details on this please visit https://www.joannetinleyjewellery.com/pages/covid-19-information
Tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes are included in the workshop fee.
